E-Safety

Always be aware of how your child is using the internet.

It can help them to keep in touch with friends and help their education – but it can also cause harm – to them and others.

Let your child know that they can talk to you about what they are doing online and that they can speak to you or staff at school if they have  experienced anything upsetting online.

Remember help is always available at school if you are having any problems online.

If you or anyone you know is worried about Child Exploitation, Online Protection or anything related to Internet safety please click the link below which will take you to the CEOP reporting website:

Tips for staying safe online:

  • Make sure your child keeps new online friends strictly online.
  • Know how to use the CEOP Button and how to report it to the CEOP Centre if you are concerned about someone’s online behaviour towards your child.
